Yes, you can. You can list your domain name on as many sites as you want to. However, you can only point it one markeplace at a time.

If you are very confident that the keywords have no commercial value, please don't buy it. This conclusion is actually easy for me. The fact that over ten thousand people search for the keywords on Google doesn't automatically make it valuable. If the domain is a dot com, ask yourself why it is available till date.

DownloadPDFConverter dot com is currently available (01/04/2015 at 9:23 pm) and has been like that since June 2012. This name has 12,100 search volume, $0.23 CPC and the keywords even have some commercial value but no one is interested in taking it till now. Why? Though the keywords have some commercial value, that value is very low. The service that the keywords describe is a low value service that has tons of competition. (Caveat: Though I won't buy this name, I'm not asking anyone to buy it.)

Above all, please remember that this is entirely my opinion, which may be wrong. Please take it with a pinch of salt.

Please understand that domain appraisals are very subjective and mine will not be different. Take it as the opinion of an uninformed guy.

Adding prefixes like 'A,' 'The,' 'My,' 'Your,' and 'Our' to the front of a domain name reduces its value. So the 'the' in front of your name makes it less valuable than 'Big Stores' dot com. If you want to buy a name with any of these prefixes, the main keyword must be in popular use and preferably be a single word.

Now let's examine 'Big Stores' as a standalone. 'Big Stores' sounds like a nice brandable name for a great supermarket chain, though 'Big Store' (the singular) is more valuable.

In summary, TheBigStores is not a good buy to me. The 'the' in the name just wiped out the little value in 'Big Stores.' Will you name your business 'Big Stores' or 'The Big Stores'? Appraisals are worth zilch. If your name is worth what they call it, what stops one of the appraisal sites from buying your domain name for 1/4th of its appraised value and resell it for its 'fair value?'

Appraisal sites give a value based on certain metrics, which are useless to the end user. A perfect textbook example is TripleAdvantage dot com, which sold for $12k while its appraised value is less than $1k. Determine whether the domain you want to buy is good enough that somebody will pay you to have it, regardless of its appraised value. If it is good, regardless of appraisal, go for it.

To the best of my knowledge, end users don't care about any of those metrics you have up there. You should pay more attention to what buyers care about - good names. If the name is good, all those metrics do not matter.

Being a one-worder does not automatically confer value on a domain name. 'Aadvark' is an English word, so is 'Tectonism.' So many one word domains, even in dot com, will never sell because there are millions of words in the dictionary and only a portion of those are relevant in our day to day life.

Nonetheless, if you find a decent one-word domain available for registration in any of the legacy TLDs (com, net, org, and info), buy it. The chance of this happening, however, is similar to the chance of Shekau becoming the president of Nigeria. :-)
