This is the picture of the tank I'm using and I have around 120 - 130 fish left in it but I seriously don't know how many liters it is. As for the water, I pour 10 (paint rubber buckets) for every change of water.

Naturally, juvenile should be eating 2mm coppens. As soon as you collect it. You need to go back to 1.5mm since it has 49% crude protein. By the doing so, it will make them to eat very well.
Since, they are 2000pieces, u need to buy 3 bags of 1.5mm for them @ 3500 per bag which invariably is 10,500 naira.


Weather u like it or not, they will show sign of sickness during the cause of eating the 3bags. Thus, budget at least 2100 naira for salt and Potassium.


As soon as they finished the 3bags, u move to local feeds. On to ur question, u don't necessarily need to wait for 6months before u sell them.

ayosat: bro I hope u have the time for it. make sure the brood stock you r using is mature enough. if possible get your brood stock from a farm that also hatch. at least by this they would know if their fish is hatching or not. sometime hatching takes time and money, and if u have 0 knowledge about hatching, do get someone that can put u thru cos u may not be able to do it by itself.
