I open the autoloader it connected to my phonen after loading small thing it showed some like failed to load image it was fast then the command prompt closed

Please I need help because right now my phone is usless

I experienced this sometime ago and it just resolved itself, couldn't tell how it happened. Try hard reset if you haven't, then update the BlackBerry world.

I can't access my BlackBerry Z10 (O.S 10.2.1.537) via BlackBerry Link (ver 1.2.3). It says "can't communicate with device" that I should either "reconnect" or "reload" the O.S. I've tried severally to reconnect to no avail and I don't want to reload my O.S.

If there is any other way I can access my z10 on a computer please I'd appreciate it.

Please try that and let's know if it worked. another work around is you could open from a desktop and see if you can access and update from there.
