I'm sure it's nothing to worry about, mine worked after few reboots and sometimes it just works on its own. If all else fails, the last resort is to do a security wipe.

I had this same problem with my sister's q10 on MTN. We even went as far as retrieving the sim but the problem was still there.
The solution to that problem is put it on another phone and do a normal Internet subscription then your sim will start working fine (data wise)

Please I still need help with BlackBerry Q10 emails prob, my emails auto deletes from the hub and the server, I have lost all e mails from july 25th till date.
Someone suggested I delete and re add which I did but am still experiencing same.
I would really appreciate if anyone can help me resolve this asap.

How's your BlackBerry responsible for your emails deleting from the server nah? No phone auto deletes email without you asking the phone to delete the email
