Goal of the Job:

To record and control expenditure custody and accountability of regional cash float.

Role Description:

Administer regional float/petty cash account in line within approved policies
Prepare weekly regional float/petty cash reports
Administration of staff cash advances
Preparation of monthly expenditure reports
Reconciliation of petty cash float to GL in Cs3 module
Reconciliation of Bank Statement to petty cash report (weekly & monthly)
Expenditure control in line with the company policies
Payment to third parties (Vehicle maintenance, Courier services and other utilities)
Ensure compliance with Finance policies and procedures

Requirement for Suitable Candidates:

Qualification

A university degree in Accounting/ any business related discipline
Experience

Minimum of 1 year work experience in finance, accounting or audit function.
Ability to produce reports within allocated time frames and required format.
