There are no more plots to sell in the nearby streets as the whole place is almost built up, so its difficult placing a price on this place. The nearest plot on sale around here is N4.5m and still far away in the bush. The stones are all bought from Enugu at N26k for the big ones, N19k for the smaller ones.

There has been some recent inquiry about the size and position of this plot by two nairalanders who wish to buy either one or two plots from this piece of property. I am posting the survey copy as requested to enable them see the sizes and also see the corner position. Bidding will continue while we work in the background. If they buy they only need to pay me off for all I have spent here, if not I will continue to build till I get tenants into this house. It will be an interesting ride

I have purposefully stopped work on this site as requested by some interested parties who are interested in buying this property. While one party wants to purchase half of the property, another wants an outright sale of all. I am still in negotiation with them and will return to site as soon as I am sure we cannot agree on all terms.

I cannot continue to add resources to develop the property if they are buying as it is. Work may start by weekend or by Monday next week. Have a fun filled week ahead.

Still waiting, a new bungalow is being planned to sit on one of these plots. The bungalow will be 4 en suite rooms, living room, dining kitchen and other necessary balconies. I will stop at the plastering stage so thee buyer can finish the house with the style he chooses.

heya....the lord is your strength. The project will soon commence. I will update my threat as soon as it commences.

We dropped up to 4 trips of sharp sand and 2 trips of gravel into this site today. Work definitely resumes here by tomorrow as my men returned from a distant site. We work here from tomorrow till Monday next week.
