u still a novice go 2 device manager on ur pc or laptop den go 2 drivers u wld c d name of ur phone double click if (u must av connected it using usb port) then if u c ur drivers are not installed correctly update drivers online u must av a good working network then open srs root then click on.full best method then a zip file wld be installed off ur phone den click on volume up+power button+menu button.den install dat zip card on ur sd card den clear cache partition den clear data den reboot dats all if it doesnt work den ur phone need deliverance thats all
