Adele's estranged father has
renewed his pleas for a
reconciliation with the British
singer following his diagnosis
with bowel cancer. Mark Evans, who split from
Adele's mother Penny when
the star was just three years
old, has been attempting to
mend their broken relationship,
but the pair remain estranged. Evans has now revealed he is
battling cancer and has
undergone surgery to have a
number of tumours removed
from his stomach and bowel.
He is currently awaiting the results of further tests before
his treatment continues and he
has issued a heartfelt plea to
his daughter, requesting to
meet his 11-month-old
grandson, Angelo, before it is too late. Evans tells Britain's The Sun
newspaper, "I was not there
for my daughter when I
should have been. I have
regretted that every second of
every day. It tears me up inside. I still haven't met
Angelo and I'm facing the
fact I may never do. It could
be over before I get to make
my peace with Adele... I
didn't want to worry Adele about the cancer, but it looks

her birthday cards via her

test in England, she went
unrecognized. The Telegraph published
a hilarious interview with
Noel Gaughan, a
"celebrity driving
instructor," in which he
admits that he had "no idea" who the 25-year-
old powerhouse singer
was, even as she started
singing her most popular
hits. "She would sing some
beautiful songs and say
'you must know this one'
but I don't really know
many celebrities,"
Gaughan, who also helped train One
Direction's Niall Horan,
Rhys Ifans and James
McAvoy, told the
newspaper. He appears to have
spent some quality time
with Adele, adding: "Her
little boy Angelo is doing
absolutely brilliant. She
is very much a proper mum who lives for her
son. Driving will give her
a bit of freedom and she
is looking forward to be
able to go off with just
her and Angelo. She worked very hard with
me and learned very
quickly." The appreciation is
mutual, judging from
Adele's kind words
about Gaughan on his
company website. "Noel
is [the] Dumbledore of roads. Could not have
done it without him and

Big Adele fan , 'Hometown Glory' is my all time favorite of hers, ' chasing pavements' also gets me, all her songs are just amazing both from her 19 and 21 albums, her vocal range is amazing, only Sia and Florence Welch's voices compare to hers in my estimation
