Loved ones let's be real about life and God.Many of us have our personal plans to be highly successful and that's great but 1 Timothy 4:15-16 clearly states,"Put these abilities to work;throw yourself into your tasks so that everyone may notice your improvement and progress.Keep a close watch on all you do and think.Stay true to what is right and God will bless you and use you to help others".This makes it clear that we must be committed to God's work allowing God to use us totally.The true blessings are only for those that diligently seek Him and not those that fulfil their own desires and forget that we are all ministers of reconciliation and must live to reconcile all that is lost back to Jesus.Not tomorrow,but now is the time to yield fully to God's service.Allow God to use you because man will use you and it may result to missing heaven but our Lord assures everlasting life and divine blessings like that of Abraham,Job,Isaac and the great men of this day who have devoted their lives to service.(1John 3:16)is a proof that we must sacrifice ourselves as Christ did for us.So do not use lectures,work or situations as excuses not to serve.LET YOURSELF BE USED.
