astronautog: babe why not take the course then read hard in 100l so your gp would be high then you can change to whatever department you like?as for delsu not giving you your course its no news same with me i applied for engineering initially later had to go for geology because engine was scrapped my aggregate was 52 geology cutoff 50 yet they gave me industrial maths.i plan on changing too.my dad was like ,"you would write jamb again"i had to go on hunger strike because i don write jamb twice i shud be moving forward not backward and am growing old not younger,secondly am a guy i need to finish school quick and hammer lol.so my point is take the course and make sure you read like mad so you can change.peace


Industrial maths is a fine course....but u go suffer small ooh guy....cos u would b studying both science and social science courses ..ur courses r mth101,mth102,ecn101,bus101,acc101,gst101,gst102, and phy 101....for first semester....bro that course is a bit hard....i applied for comp. Science during my p.d last year but they scrambled it and gave me ind.maths...well am still in 100 going to 200....FEAR NOT BRO.... smiley....welcome to comp. Sci and mathematics department where screening out is not allowed...

•grabs seat•thanks bro for the warm reception,but what do you mean by screening out not allowed because I plan on leaving by 200l to geology o!!and secondly I luv all the courses apart from economics I hate it with passion even in secondary school once its tym 4 econs na sleeping tins o!!

my sista i'll not advise you to waste any more time o. Botany is not a bad course as soon as u start, u'll fall in luv wit it BTW naija nowadays it doesn't matter what you study so long u study it well wit God on ur side even if na urhobo u study u go still hammer grin

I can boldly tell you of how a girl switched from BOTANY to my department (Pharmacy) when i was in 200level,and her gpa was around 3.7 or thereabout.

babe let me be honest wit u......u ar abt to mak d biggest mistake in ur life.....tak it and focus on it....after all dis days its nt accordin to wat u read dat u can get a job.......be wise my dear...alot of people wish to be in ur shoe....if u live dat admission hw ar u sure u will pass jamb next year... rememba d mass failure in jamb dis year .....all of dem will write jamb next year so u can imagine d population.....so be wise

depands on your gpa if its above 3.5 you can switch u won't lose any year
