It depends on the dept you are switching to.
In the case of a person switching from a dept to another wherein both depts offered similar courses in 100level,there will be no need for the person to repeat 100level after switching.
The case in which a person would be asked to repeat 100level is when the courses done in present dept differs from that in the intended dept.

am really sorry that you feel that way but u need to brighten up cos its not their fault,they don't even no me here too.anyway by God's Grace you will be admitted,my heart goes for those without admission cos i hav been at home 4 3yrs and i finally got admitted to study biochem there,and again it might just not be ur time,but don't loose hope.
