Why all these lies? Is Nigeria a member of G8? What bullcrap!! Apart from the 5 other states that UK and France have been pushing for their inclusion and have often been invited as 'guests' in previous meetings, no other country outside G8+5 is being invited to their 2013 summit. Is Nigeria a member of the O5? Well, the Outreach 5 members are Brazil, China, India, Mexico and South Africa, so Nigeria's name is not even there. There is even not clear indication yet that any of the O5 guests are going to Lough Erne this year.

UK is presently the host country and their diplomatic focus on middle east is forcing them to push for the invitation of any of the key players- Israel and/or Turkey. How does Nigeria come into the picture? And for the clowns that claim to have held a meeting with Terrence of US, they should be discussing with UK who sets the agenda as the 2013 host country.

For the records, that you don't like GEJ should not not make one stupiid. Some people are even already celebrating. That some graduates cannot even google the membership and configuration of G8 is pathetic.

Nigeria is doing excellently well in the diplomatic circles. Have held her own and have done her things.

Finally, from what i know, the US foreign assistance strategy to Nigeria is "investing in people" and all forms of military assistance is in training and support, not the type heavy financial aid you have between US and Isreal or US and Egypt.

I guess u are telepathic,everything I had in mind,u poured out.

Bloody fakest story. One thing is becoming clearer by the day. These days the haters are always involving the international communities while attacking jona. Am convinced that the sincere nigerians who saw jona's government as carrying out the transformation agenda in the right direction are too powerful for the haters to match. They now change direction by always including the international communities with all kinds of fabricated stories. Continue to change, 2015 still belong to jona.. gents, let us change our direction too so that they finally give up their hared.

Henry120:

Thank you.

It's quite a pity that many nigerians, especially the posters up top celebrating do not think before they type. They have no use for their dormant brains.

For the records, nigeria is not a member of the G8. The members of the G8 are the united states, the united kingdom, canada, japan, russia, china, france and germany.

This is the problem with the mainstream media in nigeria, rumour mongering and spreading of blatant false information.

Did president GEJ support boko haram carnge in BAGA, no. He did the right thing troops were sent in to quell the insurgency and defeat the terrorist.

30 terrorists killed and tons of arms seized. Mission accomplished

Meeeehn..see arms!! What's this shady news that the Army went after innocent women and Children? Even if they did, those people must have been Harboring BH. Some people now have a specialty for anything anti GEJ..at the end of the day, they end up looking very stupid

You always make my day Bro, saw the thread earlier but ignored it. Bottom line is, GEJ will be invited, and I hope most of the ignorant folks ululating and jubilating over this thread will be magnanimous enough to acknowledge that the country is not what most of this nondescript media houses claim her to be in terms of international relation.

They said/say the nigerian army killed civilians in BAGA. I guess civilians now carry RPG'S, hand grenades, ak-47's and PKM machine guns?

Before now, Nigeria has decayed into a pariah state.
We have been ostracized since. Just like an old poor woman,
Nigeria is no longer attracting any admirers nor suitors.
The Boko Haram menace, the kidnapping cases etc are not helping issue.
It is left on the Gov't to arise and salvage our nation from these menaces.
Don't fink the Nigerian people are interested in salvaging anytin. illegality, corruption and lose of life brings more money, as dey say when there is blood on the streets its tym to make money.
