Guys what's happening with Accra VO? Its been raining Medical Requests in New Delhi VO for FSW2013 May applicants and even a June applicant has received a Medical Request. Has anyone gotten a call for Medicals? Also, does Accra send out AOR? Thanks a lot for the information Almaliki. So how do u intend explaining the source of funding to them. Also have they accepted your explanation for the work experience wahala? Goodluck to you bro and good goodluck to everyone else on here. Hopefully Accra wakes up and starts attending to 2013 applicants. |

Hello sir, I would like to apply for fswp now.But before that I have to get my ECA from WES. It is heard that, evaluating B.Sc is a time consuming process in WES. So if I am sending my M.Sc (2 years) and B.Sc (3 years) (both from India) documents, could I get my M.Sc credentials first as soon as it is evaluated? or else I have to send only my M.Sc (2 years) documents to WES. If only M.Sc, what should be my degree equivalency and its points in canada? How many days it may take for the ECA report? thanking you |
Re: Canadian Federal Skilled Worker Program-timelines Here by pickabeau1: 5:15pm On Dec 10, 2013 |
applee: Hello sir, Have u reviewed country requirements by WES for India It is on www.wes.org/ca/fswp/requireddocuments/index.asp I don't know how long it takes but be prepared for 2 months at least The minimum is a b sc If you want points for your MSC you need to evaluate it also The cost covers both |

[quote author=pickabeau1] thanks for your reply, we have came through the requirements of WES, and according to that, we have collected transcrpits, marklists and all the documents essential from the university(both BSc and MSc). So could I send my MSc documents alone and if so,will I get it faster? |
Re: Canadian Federal Skilled Worker Program-timelines Here by pickabeau1: 5:53pm On Dec 10, 2013 |

Re: Canadian Federal Skilled Worker Program-timelines Here by applee: 6:06pm On Dec 10, 2013 |

Good day people. I've been reading all this while without contributing. I had an earlier application returned a while back and had to resend after small fine tuning. To the glory of God ,CIC's debit alert hit my account yesterday and i'm believing that it means i should be on the lookout for a PER. Kindly correct if i'm wrong....merci. |

Use the website below to calculate your score http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/language-testing.asp Instrumet tech should be in NOC 2243..At the current trend of 15 or so a month you may make it as long as the cap of 5000 is not reached |
Re: Canadian Federal Skilled Worker Program-timelines Here by nanonye: 3:39pm On Dec 14, 2013 |
Your score ahould be 22 from your language test result. 5 points each for Listening and Writing and 6 points each for Reading and Listening. I think you should apply for NOC 2243 and i'm convinced you will fall into the cap because that is a very unpopular NOC. I am also convinced that you will make the overall 5000 Cap because I really don't see much movement outside 2263,3211 and 2134. I actually think that by the end of the application process in April, we won't have up to 4500 applications. Bottom line is you are good to go and should apply asap. okejji: Thank God I just collected my IELTS report form I wrote on Nov 21 very positive. These are my score: |

To the glory of God ,CIC's debit alert hit my account yesterday and i'm believing that it means i should be on the lookout for a PER. Kindly correct if i'm wrong....merci. @Maskuraid and solomonwis, I've only just joined this forum just to get valid info about the FWP 2013. I've taken all day to read through all the threads and indeed i'm confident that people who are very knowledgeable and have accurate info are really doing a great job on this forum just to assist others. My application was delivered to the CIC office on 17th Oct. I never got any acknowledgement from CIC but I discovered my CC/DD was charged by CIC yesterday. From all positive info I have gathered on this forum, can it be assumed that once the CC/DD has been charged, it is a kind of hope that the application is successful for the 1st stage? Also @solomonwis and @maskuraid, I want to know CC/DD are also charged for applicants whose applications are refused as well. I look forward to getting a valid response from you guys. |
Re: Canadian Federal Skilled Worker Program-timelines Here by maskuraid(m): 3:02am On Dec 15, 2013 |
@jk2013 From what i gather, only applications being considered are charged. My first application was rejected without any charge. |

Thanks WES will post your result to the address you provided on your portal with them. They will send it via regular mail (NIPOST) except where you opt for international express mail where you will pay an extra charge for express delivery. 1 Like |

maskuraid: @jk2013 @Maskuraid, thanks for the prompt feedback. Did CIC only contact you by email when your initial application was rejected? I'm just trying to know if I'd be contacted by email and post cos I've changed address and I really need to know if I have to track any post from CIC to my previous address? Thanks for being helpful |
