Hello everyone, i drive a manual car..was having difficulties driving into my complicated garage so a neighbour offered to help but he didnt press the clutch before selecting the reverse gear...so it made a funny noise...when i got back into the car..i discovered it makes a funny sound when i try to reverse...help..dont know if my gearbox is safe  |

What's the make of your car. Apart from the funny sound, is there any other issues with the performance of the transmission. |

thx for ur response but this morning when i tried taking it to work i noticed the body vibrating after ignition. I then opened the bonnet and noticed a broken metal down just inside the bonnet. Someone said its the bearing but not sure...thx |
