@texazzpete, you seem to be forgetting that we are living through perilous times, where the Nigerian Police/SSS is subject to the caprices of politicians who consider no ancillary service too inappropriate. Yeah, I said it - everything from pan handling to mercenary operations executed at the behest of certain powers currently obtains. Such is the systematic decay that has taken root.
