I think he said something about the fact that they both say it to each other. I might say it's a favour, it's just that the favour goes both ways and if both parties are thankful to one another, it's no big deal! It only becomes a big deal when ONE PARTY sees it as a favour. For crying out loud, it's still the other person's body.
