PROCEDURES:

1. The Buyer and Seller sign the Sales/ Purchase Contract Agreement with Banking coordinates and deposits same in their banks.

2. Buyer provides valid CPA, Q88, ATL and copy of the receipt for chartering of the vessel.

3. Loaded vessel longside with Buyer vessel at Lagos out side bar, Buyer issues Bank Guarantee (BG) and transhipment follows.

4. QandQ Conducted and all relevant documents are given to Buyer. Buyer releases full payment to seller and agents and facilitators
