hello bakers in the house,i want to bake my birthday cake but dont want to ice with foundant or royal,please what is that white creame substatnce poured on top of a baked cake,or any suggestions on what to top the cake with,thanks,i dy wait o.

There are lots of varieties
Whipped cream, buttercream frosting, merigue/seven minutes icing, cream cheese etc. They do not dry off to solid mass like royal and fondant icing.

thanks for the comment,will appreciate a guide on the butter icing or whip,can the whip cream be bought?cos i saw one in the can at the bakers not sure if it will serve.thanks.
