•power it on to confirm its totally drained.
• then charge it till 100%

do this procedure only once


your calibration should be back to normal.

Just did as u advised, but while charging d battery from d zero level, it got stuck at 35%. I'm worried chief....

Plz wat does d cross sign on d setting symbol below mean. I think it might be related to d battery issue my tab is facing for it wasn't there before. I've tried to decipher d sign to no avail. It is d widget for my AVG antivirus.

Hey chief, it seems I truly have wrong battery caliberation, it has been stucked in 14% for about 3hrs now despite rigorous activities, being stuck at 35% while charging cud actually av meant 100. I will strictly do as u have directed now, I didn't deplete it properly d first time, thanks guy.

go for A3 it can replace a tab and pad but a pad cant replace a phone A3 is what am using and the battery is lasting for complete good 13hrs with 3G which is H+

I now have a recurrence of d wrong calibration system. Can a calibration application be of help?

pls help, my tab takes time like 10 hrs to get 70% and less than 2hrs to go down.

I rooted mine the day I got it, some apps that needs root access. almost two months now no regrets.


with the Tecno charger it takes approximately 3 hours to charge from 5% - 100%

I was greatly disappointed today when I go all way down to ibadan from Osun which resulted in nothing given me useless reason that they don't repair the tablet and I even try to call them before going both there lines were not going through... Tecno really take Nigerians for granted after how much there market have grown they should know costumer service is much of importance... Anyway please if anybody have idea of open the back cover should please help out

Titanium backup pro.... App master.... or you could just easily delete them manually using xplore file manager... or root explorer.... You need to be rooted before you can accomplish that though

why do you want to remove the back to see the battery. if the tablet is having Lil issues. the is a reset button behind the tablet. it performs the same function of the soft reset(battery pull). no data loss.

I advice u to send a mail to them at service@carlcare.com. Mail them nd narrate to them what u went tru at their naughty centre. Its gud news dt they do reply mails as they replied on two occasions when I had issues nd mailed them. Plz no forget tell or yab them ow naughty their centers re despite d warranties granted on their products. Naughty cadavers.
