I would come back to give my take on Lucci, Doffy's comment & the bombardment of theories go on about how "Sanji may have been a missing noble"

The seas are definitely still ruled by the Yonko. And no matter how much unrest Joker's absence will cause in the underground, peeps like Shanks and the Revolutionary army will curb it.
Remember when WB died, although some islands under his protection suffered a bit, Shanks personally tamed Kaido a day before, so things didn't go outta hand after he ended the war.
Shanks could have been the next pirate king if he wants to, he must have sailed with Roger and Rayleigh on their way to Raftel, surely he still knows the way, but it could be that he's sole reason of sailing is to set some sorta control on the four seas. Teach replacing WB just set a new villain equilibrium, the only major problem the world faced then was the other supernovas causing a ruckus for 2.5 years, that's all.
Kaido not getting more smiles means he can't multiply his army, and the weapon dealers wont get more ammunitions, that might create a bit of havoc now, but will be better for the world in the long run, since that all has stopped. And I believe that soon when the Revolution Army start getting involved, The WG and navy will have their wings clipped, and it will be the dawn of a new age.

Whenever I'm with a manga esp diz long chaptaz, I really hardly read any other until I'm almost true just like when I started HSDK, it waz hard to read any other manga until I waz almost true.

I haven't read Monday'z FT, neither have I read Onepiece or Bleach so until I get very far with Kingdom but it'z likely I go yarn matter 4 the chapta cos OJ haz been blazing since the chapta came out...Doffy, Lucci, Fuji, Jack in PH

First Oda has once again confirmed to hiz fanz that indeed the cover pagez carriez heavy hinted infoz on most of the thingz that have either occured or yet to...for instance, cos of the cover pagez, pple were able to accurately predict the cum.back of Rob Lucci & thix chapta nut only showed him, but showed hiz promotion, hehe, Luffy vs Lucci round 2 [not sure, but fingerz crossed]

To the chapter, Jack has finnally been shown to be Kaido's hitman and with the confidence the chairman showed even when the other guy told him, there were bigshots in the ship, the guy didn't seem bothered which means that Jack is confident on his abilities.
Also Lucci is back baby & even though he will not battle Luffy, I still welcome his appearance. When those 3 CP0 were introduced in Dressrosa, I knew that Luffy would face the shorter guy who was the spokesman cos I see him as a bad_as.s.
And just as @Info said with regards to Shirahowshi, Caribou and Kaido Guys, we are in for a treat

The buyer's list is still unknown although we suspect the Yonkos and the underworld pallies & did any one of you notice the new introduction of a Revoluntionary and the Admiral beast although the facial appearance is not clear which has made me feel that Sabo isn't the number 2 but the strategist for the Revos.
Oda he no go better for you cos you too dey make your fans dey think & think too deep especially when this is not a show series but a manga for that matter but packed with big ingredients.

Honestly Shanks can't stop the coming wave. We're talking of all the elements of the underground market, the other yonko and the supernova causing various troubles at various places. Not to talk of people going to disrupt the CDs in mariejois (its high time it happens). Shanks himself will get involved in the war. Until the Pirate King is declared, nothing can stop this rampaging age. Everyone will join the rampage until that dawn comes.

Yeah cover pages and cover stories are legit. Not just Lucci, I expect the other CP9 too.
Also I'm expecting Geddatsu(Enel's priest the swamp ordeal) he rebuilt Yuba of Alabaster and was thanked by Cobra.
Also expecting to see Wandastumi arrive with Jimbe and they'll bring a poneglyph for Robin to decipher.
As for Caribou, we'll see what'll happen with him. The moment he learnt that secret, Shirahoshi's life became red alert.

Btw, we'll soon be seeing Kuma. Oda also makes hints through his drawings not just covers. Kuma was silently shown.

Naaa, there's no real reason for it to climb that high. Luffy only beat down DD. Law who shat on the warlord title and also fought DD got a small raise compared. The bounties are okay.

For starters, YES you must have realised this chapter's high point- i.e. doflamingo speech made you remember series 'A Game of Thrones' and you're wondering whether Oda is a fan of that series?. Yeah Oda watches GOT And now a game of thrones to decide who becomes the next pirate king has begun!! Don't be surprised if characters get killed off from the next arc onwards XD
Secondly,
The person Lucci was talking to on the den-den mushi was KaKu, most of the japanese readers figured it out because of his unique speech pattern. Looks like the guy beside lucci was spandam, he must be happy to make spandam as his underling lol
Third,
The guy who was targeting to attack marine ships and take back doflamingo was JACK, he was previously mentioned by an underworld broker as an extremely crazy pirate. Jack is Kaido's underling which can be seen from the jolly roger he uses. An interesting thing to note is, his ship has a figurehead of an elephant,

This makes me wonder if Jack is going to be the next Boss who will fight luffy on Zou? (Zoo)....and since they're going up against Kaido, we'll see a bunch of animals from now on.
Other trivial stuff,
luffy's shirt has a design of corrida colosseum's logo on his back. The Shc posters pics are taken on fishman island except for God Usopp's.
The autographs which strawhats gave to bartolomeo says, "To Bartolomeo" by usopp, "To Bro" with a star by Franky, Robin drew a doodle of chicken, zoro's is a kanji for sword, and luffy's simply says "ME".
