successking: It's clear to Keshi now, that some players must be recalled to make SE a team.
Because we didn't lose any match when those guys were playing? For God's sake we were called super chickens because of those players you want back. I have a simple solution, drop the remaining one of them, Enyeama!

Well S.E's are out of the competition cuz Uruguay you can trust, will beat Tahiti@least 8-9 Goals and theres no waaaaaaaaay Nigeria's gonna beat Spain by even 1goal, not to talk of beating them with a Huge Goal Margin.
You see why they Should have beat Tahiti@least 10-0 too?
BTW, if I ever see Musa, Ideye, Ujah and Ogude wearing National colours again ehn... Hmmmm I will... I will... I will... Infact make I no talk.

sadeiyare: Posterity is catching up with SE, you can't just leave players that suffered over the years completely out of the team it isn't fair and that I feel is what is now hunting Keshi. undecided
Keshi is doing the right thing ...The team is doing well.....but Not yet Martured ...And games just like this is just reality test.....every team is not ivory coast and every striker is not dieder drogba and every tournament is not Afcon but i am still saying where is osaze?

As long as he didn't replace them with Congolese players, it's ok. I'm not sure you would be saying it had we beaten Uruguay. The way you guys change your opinions like the weather is astounding.

Reality is finally setting in, we can't keep up the charade for too long. We do not have good strikers in our team. We cannot beat Spain, Keshi should play Spain with a team B that excludes ideye, ambrose, enyeama, babatunde, ogu and nmadi.

Like, seriously? That second goal came from a classic strike. Chances of a goalkeeper saving such is like 2 to 8. Even with super sharp reflexes, any goalkeeper would need a bit of luck to save such a strike. Smart defenders always try to prevent such strikes.

Abeg tell them, my brother. You need 100% luck to save such thunderbolt. 99% isn't enough, but Nairalanders choose to blame poor Enyeama.

I mean this, seriously. Why should some good boys in the midfield and defence try so hard and still receive the same pay as some idiot clueless acclaimed forwards who are just so dumb? This is just a reflection of the rampant injustice in the nation... very sad!

We are almost on the way of having an exellent team, like those of usA 94,the only thing left out is for keshi to swallow his pride call ozase, uche and d rest to a man to man talk.to b seriou d uruguay did not play better than us,we only lacked finisher, score,if this is taken care of,even spain is no mach for us

Naija to Nationalize Neymar next year. Kai we need prolific strikers and finishers. thats all the team lacks. with that we can beat any team in the world

Re: Nigeria Vs Uruguay - Confederations Cup: (1 - 2) On 20th June 2013 by oluwafemi113(m): 1:25am On Jun 21, 2013
nitrogen: Mikel was just too slow today, he dulled our counter-attacks, ideye is a non-entity, he wasn't impressive at all, Musa plays and thinks with his d.ick and not his head, he would loose possesion where he shouldn't at all, those them babatunde, Obu abi na Ugo, are not even up to average players. We played better, we possessed them, but those players listed up there spoilt our game. Ambrose, Echeijile, Obabona, Omuro and Mba only played well tonight.

Am sorry, all you hopefuls, we cannot go past this stage, it is simply IMPOSSI-CANT. Forget any calculations cos even if we beat Spain, Uruguay will kill Taiti.

Uruguay will Kill Taiti

Brother U dey Vex oooooo

hassey: wat will osaze do? Suarex, forlan and few of uruguan players ar world class players but can u tell me wat dere performance is like today. Lets apreciate ds boiz. To me ds is one of d best performance from d eagles.
we need osaze in the team, for the reason that our team needs player who can be saddled with the responsibility of a 'free playng' role. Keshi shld play the role of a father and forgive osaze.

If Keshi doesn't bring back a few of our experienced hands we WILL NOT QUALIFY for the world cup. He should swallow his pride for a second. Finally unbeaten run has ended we can hear word now.

Afam4eva:
I noticed that too. We would have been better off using the flanks. We're not a Spain, so i don't know why we were trying so hard to break that defence through the center.

Also, Ideye isn't the type of player that can hold the attacking line - he's more of a supporting striker. He fed off Emenike and Moses at the Nations Cup, hence why he was pretty decent at the tournament.

We should have continue using the flanks.
Re: Nigeria Vs Uruguay - Confederations Cup: (1 - 2) On 20th June 2013 by Afam4eva(m): 1:26am On Jun 21, 2013
Musa is not an overall bad player. But i don't like maverick players very much. Players like that can make or mar a team. When he's brilliant, he's very brilliant and when he's not, the team has to pay. he should learn to use his head more even if it means going for a vasectomy so that his balls does not take the place of his brain.
