Imagine. Nigeria had theeasiest draw.

Imagine, Zambia, Ghana are in same group. Togo and Cameroun too.

We have Namibia, Malawi and Kenya, yet had to wait till last day.

The irony is just glaring. In 2008, Nigeria was grouped alongside South Africa, Equatorial Guinea and Sierra Leone in Round 2 of the Qualifying series. Amodu's team advanced to the 3rd round of qualifying with 2 games to spare, eventually winning all six matches. That group was harder than this present Group F.

And you think Uruguay will stop at 4 against Tahiti?

Nigeria beating Spain 1-0. Well, if Nigeria could concede against supper minnows like Tahiti, Malawi, Namibia and Kenya, I don't see them maintaining clean sheet against Spain. Maybe 2-1 is a possible victory.

Well, like i said, any kind of win with a single goal differential from nig. 2-1, 3-2, 4-3,.....

For the other match, Tahiti might just pose a spoiler for uruguay, might also depend on how early uruguay starts scoring.

If Tahiti decides to attack lesser than they did against spain and nig, the loss might be reduced.

We just need Emenike and victor moses and we have a team.
this has been our problem and this is what keshi is trying hard to correct, why should we rely on just those two strikers for goals?keshi is trying to build a team that he will have for each position at least 3 solid options or alternatives that is the reason why he keeps bringing in new players .let me tell u a fact ,KESHI ALREADY HAS HIS FIRST 11,but he still needs to have equally good replacements for them, let just wait and watch .we have a coach that know what it means to be at the world cup,he keshi has seen it all before

Yeah, that game can realistically end in just a 3-0 victory for Uruguay. The Super Eagles would need to take inspiration from Switzerland and the USA, who have beaten the Spaniards in major tournaments - 2010 world cup and 2009 Confed cup respectively.

There is nothing special about the Brazilian team, with the exception of Neymar. The Super Eagles would have matched them in all areas.

Keshi should consider introducing Isaac Success to the national team. Success would convert those missed chances by Edeye. simple!

Ajibel: I really dont think we should be scared of spain. We are in confed as champions therefore we are capable of defeating any team if we approach the game with a positive mentality and stop thinking we are under-dogs cool
guy lets not deceive our self,i can beleive d supa eagles can win spain mayb by a 1 goal margin, but uruguay wil play their life against tahiti to make sure they score as many goalz as posible...We should av scored atleast ten goalz against tahiti, but our strikas whr doin big boi infront of goal...4 me,9ja are out of dis tournament 4 gud,its a gud tin 4 keshi,so dat he wil fix d problem we have in d team ahead of d worldcup. We av learnt our lesson,n we should work on it.Let d SE just put on an impressive perfomance against spain weda we lose or not,i wil appreciate any impressive performance against spain.

thanks for seeing it that way, for now all pressure is on uruguay to score at least a 5 goals differential win, if the goals dont come early, the more they get jittery and frustrated.

Nigeria is capable of winning just like switzerland against spain 1:0 and U.s.A 2:0.

I must say our destiny is no more in our hands completely, but we've got a slim chance to make Africa proud

honestly speaking i dont see spain beating nigeria if and only these guys decide to play to their best, the worst that will happen will be a draw and who knows football is all about 90mins ,taihiti can decide to spring a surprise against uruguay.
our boys just need to take their chance ,relax and concentrate for 90 mins, musa needs to be sober before entering the pitch i will advice to either flog him or give him a dirty slap to ginger his brains before fielding him

I think nigeria played a good ball against uraguay, if u really watch d ball very well, u will notice that nigeria really oppressed, it just that d God of soccer was not behind them. More kudos to d supereagles and i believe in our next match wit spain, d Almighty God wil perform a miracle 4 d supereagles. If u believe it like this post.
