Workforce merely conducted the test on behalf of Sterling bank. The invite was sent from STERLING HRwhile the success mail was via recruitment.planning@sterling bank. Workforce will not contact anyone as Sterling bank has took over the recruitment process.

I wrote both Bsc (workforce) and ND (at ikeja) tests too. I received just a success text msg on wednesday, I don't knw if it is for ND or Bsc. I will advise u to check ur e-mail both inbox and junks.

I am seriously patiently waiting for my own interview message.pls sterling bank hopefulls, let's coopearte on dis thread in togetherness like that of the GTB bank en diamond bank thread.Likely interview questns en future enlightment as regards sterling bank wld be highly appreciated en welcomed. I haven't also been called for interview but I know it's in batches. So lets be patient.
For the interview itself,there's no cause to panic! the info I gathered has it that a good number were unsuccessful in the test of 2/7/13, that was why the bank called for another on 23/7/13 to get more people that will make up the number needed. So there's no intention to drop anybody unless you make yourself unemployable(so he said).
Also, that the 2nd batch of recruits will be done with the Training School by next week,and we are next!!

My best wishes go to fellow Sterling bank hopefuls that will be interviewed today. Come back with good news,the rest of us are all waiting to hear from you.

Interview went fine yesterday, tho started late. Had four Top Executives as members of the panel. The questions were more about you than about your knowledge of the company. We were about 50 at attendance if not more. Wishing all others best of luck. Did my part, I leave the rest to God. #StayPositive
