4.1 Spot purchase 100,000 MT (+/- 5%) tolerance, SPOT under INCOTERM 2000 with latest edition.
CLAUSE 5 – Price: (=N=121.00 – 2.00 per litr)
5.1 Price offered for this product is fixed at:
GROSS: =N= 121.00 per litre
NET TO SELLER: =N= 119.00 per litre
COMMISSION: =N= 2.00 per litre, to be shared by Seller’s / Buyer’s Agents

(CONVERSION RATE: 1 METRIC TONNE = 1176.47 LITRES)
5.1.2. Price is offered on a Spot Buy Basis Lagos off Bar.

CLAUSE 6 – PROCEDURE
1. Buyer signs SPA and sends it back with an indemnity of Fifty Million Naira (N 50,000,000), drawn by his bank. Seller counter signs the indemnity, lodges it with his bank and sends a copy back to the buyer to be lodged in his respective bank.
2. Buyer proceeds to send valid vessel details (Q88 and CPA…) and marine ATB format to the seller and seller’s vessel opens communication with buyer’s vessel.
3. Seller will issue marine ATB to the buyer’s inspectors to board the vessel for Q & Q. After Q & Q buyer pay for the costs of clearance.
4. The two vessel will longside and buyer will invite terminal taskforce to the buyer’s vessel and the seller’s vessel will proceed to discharge to the buyer’s vessel.
5. After Q & Q buyer’s bank issue cash payment of MT103/23 by Swift e-Transfer (T/T) in favor of the SELLER as per Q and Q result & stated commissions to all agents and facilitators.
