Are we in the military government? If we are in democracy, there is fundamental human right in which we have freedom of speech. Therefore, no body can arrest me if am still on my right.
Nigerians are wise now. E ma fomi tutu ko wa lobe je mo.

Are we returning back to Military rule? Though the NGF is an association and not a constitution backed entity, the last election is very undemocractic. If nairaland is killed or seun silenced. Other online media from other countries will operate. We shall see. Intellectual think thank in Nigeria must work this time around.

The National Assembly Acts or State edicts can only work in Nigeria or State. Despite all insults hurled at OBJ nobody has deemed it fit for social media defamation of character act to be enacted. Now, as 2015 is approaching, in order to silence intellectual militancy, they are talking about a National Assembly act. They should wait until after 2015 when the next session of national assembly resumes.

Lol joke of the century,am 100% sure half of the internet users in nigeria are gonna be arrested if they implement this shit
and someone would tell me to vote Jonathan in for a second time, when he leaves pressing issues unattented to and the only thing his otueke brain could come up with is to start censoring peole's view.

it applies to some countries in the middle east, philippines, maybe in North africa. The truth is , one is not meant to put up insult on another especially when you cannot proof whatever attributes or misunderstanding you have with the person.
