I subscribe for MTN monthly BIS on Wednesday on my Andriod phone, but since then I can only check my inbox tru the mailing application on my phone after that nothing (google cant even load), my data remain at 0kb/s. And MTN is just giving me foolish excuse wheneva I called them. Pls is anyone experiencing the same problem n others beware o. If you know what i can do to start browsing pls just post it here. (i'm using blackberry.net as my apn and it has been serving me wel before now)

I subscribed BIS @ 1500 only to discovered my browers no longer receive data jus after 1week and some days, then, I called customer care and guess what, I was told I have exausted my 500mb data cap on BIS... I was equally told d BBC is capped 200mb... To my surprise, d BBDAY goes a long way thru out the entire 24hours no matter ur download. What's all dis confusion? McheEew!

I tested the BBCday for a friend on PC and the disconnection was very terrible even prevented the antivirus from updating. Anyway to stop it. It's very annoying. Or is there anything for airtel which is far more stable here

use your subscription in an area with stable data service.

Forget that BIS, always go for BBC which goes for 1k.

You are correct. Called customer care this morning and the lady i spoke with said, the 20% discount is only for those that got the sms, dis simply means, selected few got the sms and have the opportunity. As a matter of fact, mtn told me that i have used my threshold(cant really remember the english they used) but my bis subscription is still active, wanted them to deactivate it for me from their office make me too enjoy the 20% discount before they cancel it cuz i got the sms yesterday mrng, i pray it works sha....
