PointB:

Hmmm, so how many times in the past 20 years has the Euro, Dollar, Pound Sterling been redesigned?

You don't get the logic, it is all planned to embezzle money, do you what 10% of any national contract is? Forget Sanusi, our leaders on think of how to waste our resources while half of it leaks into their private accounts locally and overseas.
Re: Sanusi Wants Naira Redesign Revisited by NNMUU(m): 12:12pm On Jul 18, 2013
Mr Sanusi, i think the Naira note is just fine the way it is.
I don't think any Nigerian has ever complained about the design or it being too old.
This is not our major problem right now.
Please don't use this means to waste money unnecessarily.

Re: Sanusi Wants Naira Redesign Revisited by Azone: 12:29pm On Jul 18, 2013
This is political... It is very sure they will change the notes before elections. Sanusi u are not changing any note. Does change of note add to the value of the lay man on the street?

It is paramount we get our values right. You all need new naira notes for election where u can produce more than required to squander around.

NO WAY..

Islam is to the Arabs what Arab is to Islam.

then how do they represent hausa?
but 2 most populous tribe (hausa nd yoruba) in nigeria nd other minorities do understand it, and u know majority carry the vote. Or is there anything u can do abt it
Re: Sanusi Wants Naira Redesign Revisited by autumnflower(f): 1:00pm On Jul 18, 2013
snowytee: This is how you'll attract insults to urself and ur tribe. When someone comes on here to label u guys as "desperate to rule"don't shout o.So of the thousand and one tribes in Nigeria, only hausa should be represented on the naira.Anuofia,Oloshi
Igbo, yoruba and hausa are always represented on the currenies isnt it? My question is if you dont use the arabic, how do you then represent for the hausa tribe?

P.s i am not hausa or from the north, i am just open minded and not a bigot as most narcissist are over here.

Why MAJOR in the MINOR, chasing the SHADOW instead of the REALITY? Sanusi should be more concerned with the VALUE of the Naira in comparison with major world currencies (Pound, Euro, US Dollar, etc) rather than the design of the Naira.

You Christians suspect everything done by muslims
Did you see the proposed design? Are you sure that Arabic is to be reintroduced?
Do you think the more you antagonise Islam with falsehood you will get nearer to your paradise?
All the Deputy 3 of the 4 Deputy Governors are Christians
Yet you guys will not rest.
