go to Settings, Development and tick Install non market apps. Also make sure to enable usb debugging it might come handy one day.

I've had this problem for a long time now, Usually I'll get an 'invalid file' or 'insufficient space' error. This happens when all other apps install or update fine.

When trying to get the latest update, it gives me the error: Unknown error code during application install: "919".
