I can see that you're high on some cheap weed, is it not common sense that domestic use is more likely to supersede commercial use? The south west grow it, but its consumed mostly in the north... Drug abuse is a hugh problem in northern nigerian .... Pills,weed, codeine,gum and some unimaginable things they take...weed should be legalised and Cigarettes banned |
