I've never done a factory reset before, but....

A factory reset should leave Ur phone in the state it was when you bought it, and it should not affect Ur SDcard.

Guys please help. I downloaded fifa 14 from andropalace there were about 10 parts in rar format. it equalled 927mb, i downloaded all... But I know the file is 1.25gig, then I extracted the obb file from one of the rar files, then I placed it in the obb folder(android/obb) yet the game won't play. I just click on it, it shows a black screen and closes. Any help?

switch on your data the first time you play the game.

the best thing is to remove your SD and sim cards before you reset
