The only way that this could have been planned would be if Chidi had kept that mace inside that hall with the intention to go in, grab it and fvck Ihunwo up to death.. #Simple.

Sadly, Ihunwo and his crew owned and brought that mace into the house (prolly without informing the rest of the assembly men). With the way Ihunwo stormed into the legislative chamber in that video, the guy looked viciously angry and enraged (in my opinion devoid of logical reasoning). He started towards Bipi first empty handed, Bipi runs to the other side of the podium, then as he moves to the side of Bipi, he grabs the mace and chases after a guy who ran behind a door. Now if he was in the mood to kill, that guy would have been beaten to a pulp. He didnt attack Ihunwo until Ihunwo ran towards him. Go back and watch that video.

Premeditated doesnt foy here. If anything, it was a premeditated 'chase them out of the legislative hall' rather than murder.. [/b]

What if he had hit him with it severally on the chest instead of the head, would you still call it 'Premeditated murder'?

What if he punched him to death with his bare fist or inflicted the same damage he did to Ihunwo with his fist instead of a mace or any other weapon, would it still be premeditated murder?

If we say it was premeditated, who and who did he 'premeditate' to kill?! Was it just Ihunwo?! If so why?!

If it wasnt just Ihunwo, shouldnt he be facing 5 counts of 'premeditated murder' cos it would mean he came in to kill all of them.
