just an eocn your lastsms was charged0.0 whereas my balance was debited though i cant tell the precise amount

I have been having this problem with my MTN sim for almost 2 weeks now. When am making or receiving calls, suddenly I will not be hearing the other party again, I have to cut the call and call again. For over 6 months there has been #50 deductions on my phone. Sometimes it happens when I restart my phone while other times the deductions just happens. There are days that #150 is being deducted.

I have complained to customer care and visited a MTN CC center here (Agbara) several times but no remedy. Kindly help me look in this.

I'm contemplating on braking my Sim card if this issue continues unresolved.

When is mtn 4g getting reactivated in ibadan?

Couldn't pick any 4g signal for the past couple of months now. Even close to your office at challenge in ibadan.

I used to get reception at full bar around that area but now, nothing.

JideSM please I am kind of sad now, I went to your office to swap my sim that is working perfectly to nano sim and the lady told me everything is fine now that I can now use the sim, immediately my old micro sim stop working and I am expecting the nano sim they gave to me to start working as well. On getting home now, I inserted the sim to my phone and it Is more than 40minute now there is no network on the sim.... I have tried switching it off and on and it is still the samething...please what is going on becos the lady that did the sim swap for me told me it will start working immediately... please I am expecting a lot of important call now..
