Why are my data bonuses not being deducted from anymore? The 10MB that I get for recharging >N100 just sits there for a week until it expires; my Happy Hour Data Plus has been stuck on 90MB for more than a week even when I rightfully browse within 12:30 AM and 4:30 AM, and it expires tomorrow morning. Even with these bonuses, every data usage is deducted from the main data account. What's going on?!

Did u just subscribe? Or were u browsing then it stopped? Kindly send STATUS as an sms to 21600 to see if you are within fair data usage, if so
Then try this:
Go to Menu
Then Manage network connections
then Mobile network
Then Change ur network to 2G or EDGE
Then Send 8 as an sms to 131
Back to menu
Select devices
Then advanced system settings
Then Host routing table
Select register now
After the process has completed then do a hard reset( removing the battery from your phone whilst still on)
ON your device and attempt to browse

Like all the other Internet data bandwidth SCAMS MTN is famous for (such as the "no data cap" Hour Browsing packages), the Happy Hour Data Bonus Plus is yet another way MTN shows its hatred of Nigerians. You get 'bonus' for 2 weeks that you'll NEVER be able to use, even when you do it all right, and dash MTN N200. Yeah, N200 is small money, but imagine millions of Nigerians falling for the same scam.... I think MTN should stop policing these people who use all sorts of browsing cheats to game the system, because MTN themselves are as corrupt and wicked, and haven't repented after those N30k SIMs back then. They just hate Nigerians so much. Personally, I use Glo for my Internet access needs on my computer; MTN on my phone. But after this I'm going Glo on both. Well guess what? The bastards just sent me an SMS telling me my Happy Hour Data Bonus had expired. When I never got to use it. Pouring salt on a fresh wound. No problem MTN, two can play the scamming game. Notice how Jide SM et al conveniently ignored my first post on this matter? It's all good, MTN. You want to play dirty? No problem. In sum: people, please don't EVER add that N200 to activate the Happy Hour Data Plus whatever. It is yet another MTN scam. Thank you.

Hello, my mobile no is 08065131846, on Oct, 18th I asked a vendor to make an electronic transfer of credit worth #2500 which he did same, his money was deducted But my account was not credited I went to Mtn office with the guy that made the transfer in uyo here only to be told they had no network to verify my claims. yesterday being 19th Oct, before I went to bed I had at least #1000 in my goody bag account only to wake up and see a 0 gbag account this Morning and this gbag was to expire on Feb 2014 according to the SMS I received after subscription to gbag. Why all these in Just two days? I think this is enough to opt out of this network if nothing is done.

The 9pm-6am bundle cost N2500. The data allowance is 3GB and a bonus of 1.5GB.
