My own card is giving me a big problem on making payment on a*****pres,I've verified d card but the last order I made with the card was closed the second day of my order and the money hasn't been returned to my account. My seller told me the card has to pass tru a*****pres risk management card before I can pay with the card or I shld get another card to make payment. Pls I need ur support on using my africard successfully. I was thinking maybe all dis happened because it took some weeks before I made payment after adding to cart and modification has been done by the seller, can it be the reason for the closure of my order but it wasn't up to 30days ?

Hi, is this your first time of making payment with the card? what do you mean by I've verified the card? Do you mean you have activated the card via "verified by visa"? If yes, kindly change your ATM pin with an ATM machine and also change the i-pin on myafricard site.
Try making payment after you've done the above. Usually, it takes 7-10 days before your money will be re-funded to you. If at the end of ten days you have not recieve your money kindly contact your bank. They'll be very helpful. The fact that you added the item(s) to your chart or wish list was not the reason the payment failed. Infact, I love adding items to my wish list, I always get alert whenever their prices fall down. What message did you recieved after making the payment?

. Yes this is my first time of making payment. I've activated the card via "verified by visa". After my order list payment was moderated by my seller,I made the payment and immediately a mail was sent to me that my payment was successful, but to my surprise it was cancelled the following day and when I contacted my seller, she said myafricard didn't go through management risk so maybe I need to get another card for my payment

. You mean the 4 digit that came with the atm pin in the envelope? If that, yes I've changed it because I log in with a new username and password into myafricard account online

There are two different pin; the ATM pin which you use to carry out transaction on an ATM machine and the i-pin also known as "Web Passcode" for online transactions. Though, AE don't ask for the i-pin while making payment on their site, it's required that you change you i-pin before making online payment.

How To Change Your I-pin:
1. visit www.myubafricard.com and Login with your details.
2. Click on change I-pin by your down-left and enter a new i-pin. You might be required to provide answer to one or more of the security questions you choose the first time you login to myubaafricard.com.
Try this and pay for an item which cost less than $1 and let me know what happen after that.

Read the "To get started" on slip that was given to you at the bank.
Locate a UBA ATM and change your PIN to activate the card (mandatory)
Make sure you change the default ATM PIN to activate the card.

You're getting it all wrong. You don't need to change you ATM pin or i-pin to create a new user id and password on myubaafricard.com. Once you log into the site for the very first, you will be required to create a new user id. Change your i-pin as I said before and try making payment with it. Buy an items of less than $1 just to test it.

. I'm not getting you right brother,do you mean after I log in I should click on manage pin to do what you told me. If you remember I said I've used the card to purchase after it has been activated via verified by visa and the website sent a mail that my payment was successful, but they closed the order the following day and when I visited the site to know why it was closed, the two options are late in payment and security reason which I think the 2nd was the problem and I scanned what they need and sent them to verified my card for security reason

the best thing to do at this point is to make a live chat with them using a p.c. provide them with your order number and also attach the documents to them again. they will expediate the response process for you. they normally respond to such verifications within 2 working days and i think it is still within the time. just try chatting with them. good morning
