Honestly, I am really tired with this condition. Every time I wake up in the morning my nostrils are all blocked. I react easily to pungent odours and consequently sneez a lot.

My kind of catarrh is on a daily basis and it has defied normal medication.

Please doctors and nurses in the house, together with peeps who May know one or two tins about this, pls help me!!!!

Always wear head warmer and always wrap dry clothes (big wrapper) around ur neck though not to tight just enough to give heat to the neck regiön b4 you sleep it might do the magic.
Note i have not mention any drug names that i will leave to experts.

Don't u Think I might suffocate? This is because I make sure I switch off the fan (if there's light) and close all the windows to avoid the cold breeze in the early hours of the morning. So the room is virtually hot befor I even go to bed.

Try heat tent..Boil hot water, put it in a bucket, then put robb or aboniki balm iside the bucket, cover yourself with a blanket with the bucket as well, make sure you inhale the vapour, try it maybe 2 or 3 times, your nostrils will clear, and please avoid dusty places

My mum too had the issue of serious cartarrh for several years before ENT doctor advised we do general test. We later discovered it was liver problem. Bros We eventually lost her. Had same issue few weeks back until I was advice to always take vit C daily. It has ciriously helped me as I no longer catch cold as before.

Please buy actifed for cold and catarrh and take vitamin c the white one. Thats all
