My sincere sympathies to the friends of the departed. Losing a loved one (family or friend) is a very painful and depressing situation and sometimes it makes you lose faith in the purpose of our existence. However, it helps to look at it this way - Everything has a purpose and a reason in life. Most things we can't understand and never will. We believe she's in a place where she doesn't have to worry or bother about the mundane things of life. A place we don't really understand, but strive to get there after our journey on earth. It's a painful, but necessary evil. I never knew her, but I believe she would want her friends to celebrate her life ( no matter how short), instead of grieving for her. She obviously made a mark that won't be easily forgotten. So, let's thank God for the privilege of being a part of her life and vice versa. I truly pray she's happy and in the bosom of our Lord up there.

I just heard some good news that just reinforced my belief that God answers prayers and sometimes God needs to take away something to give you something better.My Lil sister (if she catches me na big woman now) got let go at work in September.It was really demoralising time for her and I had to keep giving her morale boosting talks.My sister is muslim but I had to even be quoting bible verses just to inspire and encourage her.She was getting depressed, constantly arguing with mum (as they were now spending so much time together ).In short you know that Naija line of its not her fault of I was in my husband' s house came up a couple of times but I kept telling her to keep faith .

This morning, she got a job offer for double her former pay. I am soo happy for her and she kept saying Sis I admire your faith.I shared this just to let someone out here know that just keep faith, things will always turn out well.My sister was always complaining about her old job and would tell people in passing I am looking for a new job but you know how it is when you have a job already. Sometimes God closes some windows so we can get a floodgates of blessings.
