Field Operations Officer.
A facilities management firm with operations in Lagos State and Ogun State requires the services of a Field Operations Officer.
Main Duties:
Site Supervision and Project Execution; The ideal candidate will be required to supervise works carried out by contractors at site. These works are listed below.
Gardening.
Civil works.
Electrical works.
Welding works.
AC Servicing and Maintenance.
Carpentry works.
Cleaning works.
Plumbing works.
Desired Skills & Experience
The job is a supervisory role with plenty of on-site problem solving using a hands on approach. A Multi-Skilled technician with practical experience in any of the trade types listed above is preferred. This job, to a great extent, is largely field work as such s/he must have great attention to detail.
The following will be considered as minimum qualifications:

OND / Trade test certificates in any of the trade types above.

1. Must be able to provide remedial solution as it comes.
2. Two to five years practical experience in the field.
3. Must be able communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms
4. Age between 25 and 55.
5. Should have the ability to read site drawings
The ideal candidate will be based in (Agbara) Ogun State and (Ilupeju) Lagos State. Travel may be required to other states of the country from time to time.
