Radical surgeon and anti-abortion activist, Philip Njemanze has dragged Governor Rochas Okorocha of Imo state to court for the sudden revocation of his property following his vociferous stand against the Okorocha administration and particularly, the Imo state Law No.12 known in street parlance as the ‘Imo Abortion Law’.
Njemanze who blew the whistle of the Imo Abortion Law, is asking the court to redress the alleged injustice against him and pronounce the revocation of the said property as illegal, null, void and of no effect on the strength of the fact that the property was lawfully acquired with valid Certificate of Occupancy.
