This "black chicken" ("wuji" in Chinese) is much more expensive than the regular one. It's mainly used for medicinal or therapeutic purposes, not for its taste. It does NOT taste better than regular chicken.

Ignorance is a malignant disease and i see a couple of people on NL seem to be born with it. How can they be so racist to an ordinary fowl because the fowl is black? I've eaten black chicken several times and i can tell you its meat is delicious. And expensive!

You contradict yourself here. First, you think it's absolutely ok to hate a black skinned chicken for no reason other than the blackness of its skin. Second, you claim you are not colour conscious. How can you reconcile both statements? If you're truly not colour conscious then you wouldn't hate a chicken for being black. Would you be glad if someone of a different skin colour who claimed to be colour blind made a racist comment about your skin colour?
