As at last week,i priced techno p5 in market & i was told dat it is 19,000 & 18,500 at slot,has d price reduced,cos i really want to buy d phone.

My p5 also takes 5+hrs to charges full. It uses to charge full with 1:30 munites. I don't know the problem and the solution.

or try using the recovery tools plus recovery image of your p5..

better yet... where did u stop or encountered a problem? and what steps did u use?

I can't seem to play music for long, it stops abruptly within few seconds (20 seconds ). I have tried other apps too, no solution yet. What could be happening to my P5? Any help will be appreciated.

I don't think Tecno P5 is worth the hyping.

I've used mtkdroid tools on pc buh where I'm suppose to click root and backup Isn't there for me to choose. And the mtk driod tools doesn't even recognise my phone

no one is hyping it,its just that its a good phone nothing special bout it. The only problem I have with it is the RAM. its so frustrating,even the ram expander has its disadvantages so I don't usually use it all the time. The battery is ok,I really don't know why people complain bout the battery I guess its factory error. I gave my neighbour's children my p5 to play game all day I just collected it back this night and my battery was at 20 percent. I checked my log to see the games dey played and they've been playing the game all day,so I don't see the fuss about the battery. Buh I'm thinking of selling the phone to buy a Samsung,this tecno insults I take everyday is too much,lol and tecno no be bad fone ooooo. Aniwaiz that's my opinion.

Bought tecno P5 3 weeks ago at Slot shop. Dats why i usually come here for updates and info about d phone.

it was 60% and I used d original charger to charge it.

the next thing will be a nandroid backup once it ask for a reboot..

just create backup and recovery..

it takes couple of minutes without any input from u again..

NOTE;;; have at least 2gig on ur memory card.. cos the backup might take up to 1.7gb..

after the successful installation.. a clockworkmod folder will be created automatically on ur SD card folder... and 6 files inside the sub folder named backup..

that's it... u are safe..

What is the diference between CWM backup and Nandroid back up

I no go lie all this backup backup dey confuse me. I'm just too lazy to do research and learn buh about it. If my phone like make e brick buh for now,let sleeping dogs lie.....

bro mine only has 4 files ;boot. Img, dataex4. Tar, recovery.img,systemex4.tar only is their any other thing mine missed ?

Do u have pdanet installed on ur pc and phone, u were unable to click the back up bottom because ur device was not been detected by the mtkdroid tool

Pls, do 4.0 inch and 3.5 inch android phones have the same width?
