igbalajobi: Hi all, I just got this P5 and I am enjoying every bit of it but I'm still having problem picking calls except I used the earpiece. When there is incoming call alert, it shows 4 icon in a circular format - a red phone icon, a green one directly opposite, a msg icon up and silent icon down, I thought like all android I have to swipe either from green phone icon to the red or reverse but it's not working. What do I do or how do you pick incoming call

that's not his problem,his problem is that he can't swipe the circle to the green icon. Maybe he should just restore factory settings Jare. Buh backup ur apps first

for the slow charge of ba3, when u charging with light, pull down ur notification bar, click on battery if its showing charging (usb) and u charging with light your charger is not good change ur charger or else ba3 will take time to charge and still drain fast. but if u see charging (Ac) stop using ur fone while charging also calibrate ur ba3.

kolidave: try to reduce your active background apps,you can download 'dx toolbox' to end background apps, free and delete unwanted junk that's taking up space on your ram. Always close your apps when your done using them

I mke use of greenify to do dat...buh recently i dnt knw wat is devouring my ram it can get as low as 20 dis days.... Sum1 told d OS i.e 4.2 jellybean is too powerful 4 d phone...i wud hve agreed to dat theory...not until i got to P2 thread n saw a vewi intrestin screen shot... With bbm,facebook n whatsapp running plus oda stuffs....d persn had ova 170mb ram left...wch is not possible on my p5 atleast not until i greenify almost all my apps...b4 i can get bout 150...i cant even play GTA 3 on it ... Dat sh*t is jes too frustrating.... By d tym i calculate errthang running in background d ran utilised most tyms is jes bout 300mb...wonda wat is devouring d rest

the ram of p5 is being consumed by the stock Rom.
maybe trying another rom in p5 will help.
to play games on phone of 512mb ram you need ram expander

my guy e be like say your phone get winsh oooo. You know what,do a backup and restore factory settings. Or just manage your phone dey use ram expander join.

yes it can. Ill only advice you to use it when you wanna play high definition games or run plenty apps without them restarting or closing

HOW TO ROOT YOUR TECNO m7

Firstly, put on USB DEBUGGING by going to Settings> developers option and ticking the us debugging box.

1. Download Framaroot 1.6.0 from here >> https:///ANWq8aIM
2. Install it.
3. Open it and select SuperSu at the top right of
your phone
4. Click on boromir
5. You'll be asked to reboot.
6. Reboot your phone. You'll notice that supersu
has automatically been installed.
7. Open it and then close it
8. That's all. Download Root checker >> https://www.dropbox.com/s/ltalsg6lwipap3e/Rootcheck.apk to check
root status.
