HOW DO YOU HANDLE A DIFFICULT BOSS?

Having a bad boss can make your life a misery. At some point in your career you’ll have a bad boss. Bad bosses come in all shapes and sizes: abrasive and insensitive, indecisive, inconsistent and unfair, the manager who stifles your ability to perform and grow, and the manager adept at sidestepping every tough issue that comes their way. So, the question isn’t whether or not you’ll have a bad boss. Rather, it’s how you’ll respond when you do.

Faced with a bad boss, many workers adopt a passive attitude. Or in the case of an extremely bad boss relationship, they are driven to jump ship to take a job with another company — often with negative consequences.

So, how do you handle a difficult boss? Have you had an experience with a bad boss and how do you handle it?

Maybe your boss is difficult with you because you don't take time out to reason properly before acting. For example this post ....is it supposed in the 'Romance' section? Or Career? grin grin

"Some might jump ship to join another company"
where job dey wey u go de even jump ship sef?
Here are some tips:
1. If ur boss is d abrasive type, then u can become a sponge(iron) and scrub his as's.
2. If ur boss is inconsistent, then tickle him, especially, around his waist 2 charge him up.
3. If ur boss is indecisive, u must b working with gej here; u can Live with it cos no solution.
4. If ur boss is unfair, then u can go and see baba.

Remain steadfast...dnt leave ya good job!
