what exactly does late registration includes? I'm just done with the course registration. All it remains is to pay the fees and take the printouts to school

The school fees are important as well, you need to complete the registration and pay the fees before the deadline. Also, you might need to submit the printouts to your course adviser before the deadline, but in this case, it depends on department.
