please guys,I need help.I'm a petroleum engineering student of fupre. First year. I just saw this thread nd realised there's So much I ddnt know. So,after obtaining my b.eng,What is the next certificate to go for?,hse? Or m.Eng. I want to do both.but which one is to be my top priority first?.And also,What other courses do a p.e need to do after graduation?. Thanks. |

So sad anyway, I have BSC in Applied Geophysics and MSC in Exploration Geophysics and can't seem to get a job in my line of discipline. Just doing a marketing job to survive...Hmmmmm....It is well... 1 Like |

Gud day great people. Pls i need someone to enlighten me based on the course am abt to study at national open university (noun). EMVIRONMENTAL SCIENCE AND RESOURCE MANAGEMENT. Since am a worker who need to further his education n N.O.U.N. Seems to be my best option. Pls i need to know if my choice of course is a gud one n its relevance in life cuz someone told me its related to geology. And pls if so does geology involve much calculation? Aniwetalu ude: it a nice one dear. I'm a geologist who measure in geophysics (msc) currently doing PhD in geophysics in one the federal universities in the south. I have loads of softwares that am using for my work. such as Hamssel Russel HRS. Eclipse simulator, opendetech, and pettrel. I need Rokdoc. please am ready to give you any of these ones I have, if any one can help me with that. my email is emmymega4@gmail.com. if you want to be trained on the use of HRS, I will do that for you for free but is only for students( masters or PhD) let take geophysics to the highest level.pls I need an eclipse simulator....my email is .....thanks alot 1 Like 1 Share |

Ezegozie:hello what you need first is to graduate first and after that other things we follow....You can decide to pursue your master which is important for a geologist, also you might want to get certificate course like safety, mud or drilling fluids engineering....MWD or led...learn the use of software such as petrel.kingdom suite..and so many....which are relatively expensive... To make you marketable and you stand out from the crowd when your CV is being accessed by recruiters... Cheers |
