Seller And Buyer Sign And Seal Sales/Purchase Agreement With Their Full Banking Details Including Their Brokers Banking Details Both Parties Forward A Copy Of This Signed SPA Contract To Their Respective Banks.
Buyers Bank sends MT700 LC or MT760 Bank Guarantee as a proof of fund covering the cost of the 2 million Barrels BLCO Vessel from a Top Bank valid for one single shipment.
Upon confirmation of instruments by Seller`s Bank, Seller program Vessel for Loading.
Seller instructs the Vessel Captain after loading to issue a Marine Authority to Board (ATB) and Clearance for Buyer’s Inspection agent/Supercargo to board and conduct Q & Q together with SGS.
Upon successful Q & Q reports analysis, Buyer Releases full payment to Seller and all Nominated accounts in the SPA via MT103 Telegraphic Transfer while the seller will transfer all the title documents to the buyer or his representative.
Vessel sails to the destination of the buyer.
The Sellers warrants that it has the clear and qualified rights to sell or otherwise dispose of the Cargo as offered to him which is the subject matter of this Contract Agreement and that the Cargo is clear of all liens and encumbrance.

seller can send Bank to Bank POP if Buyer make such request via his bank after signing contract.
