I'll try to translate this yoruba saying: 'it is fun to watch a madman, but no one want to have him for a child'.  that's the way some men see it and that's why some men in the Islamic faith ensure that there (numerous) wives are covered from head to toe.

I remember way back in ibadan, some pretty lady who had just run mad was walking around town naked, you wouldnt believe the kind of traffic jam she caused. All the men pulled over to catch a glimpse.  But no one wants their daughters running around like that.
