I'm from an ELDS and my aggregate is not up d mark assigned for MERIT for my course but got above d one for my state, does meeting d cut off for my state imply admission t d course? if yea, should I expect my name in the merit list? ya response please... Thank you

Of course, the catchment cutoff is a merit cutoff for people from that area. See you in OAU.
