If this is true, complain to a Human Rights organisation. We have seen cases of lecturers who were set up and caught. Also some lecturers were sacked in a university recently though i cant remember the name of the institution. Not all universities have absolutely lawless lecturers teaming up to humiliate their students and getting away with it.

Be sure to read and pass on your own. I don't understand this modern day hiring of people to write exams for lazy students. Probably the reason one comes across many "empty" job seekers at interviews. God help us.

My candid advise is. She should try and get access to a high class religious man. A catholic bishop, Anglican bishop or any other high placed Pentecostal bishop or respected man of God and lay her comment. If one can help her get access to any radical member of any human right organization. Most important, her bible through this period.
