During an interview with Donnie, said he was "afraid" of having to go up against Mike Tyson, he was worried that Mike Tyson may not be a "professional" in the fight scenes, as in he may not be able to control his punches while trying to make it look real.
Looking at that fight scene again I think an uncontrolled Mike Tyson would have set back the release date of that movie by 8 to 12 months, cos he would broken alot of Donnie's ribs.
I just watched the scene on YouTube and believe me I agree with you. Lord Mike Tyson can pack a deadly punch.

I'm sure Donnie Yen felt all the punches Tyson delivered, especially the one to his ribs. grin

lie lie. stop lying. at first tyson had the upper hand then ip changed his fighting style and beat tyson down. from then onwards it was give and take between the two then ip man saw an opening that would have proved fatal for tyson but deliberately ignored it in the true spirit of wushu,then the alarm went off. nobody won.

CHANGLING (2008) directed by Clint Eastwood and starring Angelina Jolie. I'll give it a solid 8/10.

Australian & New Zealand, sent solders to fight alongside the US & South Vietnamese against the communist North. This is the story as told from the Australians' perspective as regards the Battle of Long Tan which took place on August 18, 1966.
Having read/known about the battle of Long Tan, I must applaud the movie's attention to details. The action sequence were spot on, the sound tracks were brilliant, the acting was good, though i kinda expected more from Travis Fimmel(aka Ragnar Lothbrok) in particular. IMHO, it wasn't up to Saving Private Ryan but it was a very very decent war flick, considering the fact that it actually happened.

How so? George Lucas already did that before with the atrocious prequels , and his persist rejigging of the first movies. Han shot first etal.

The only really controversial Star Wars movie imho was the last Jedi. Especially the nonsense with Poe. The moment the guy got all those people killed at the beginning of the movie, his arse should have been immediately court martialed. Then all that nonsense on the casino planet. They sha wanted to all but eliminate the resistance.

the prequels you say? Nah, that's not it at all, if anything the prequels helped people understand the franchise better. Like who Darth Vader was before he became Darth Vader and what made Darth Vader became Darth Vader?

George Lucas did very well introducing the prequels. It answered a whole lot of questions and even threw more light on many Star Wars Characters.

I honestly want to see where they will go with the rise of Skywalker. Even the title of the movie is kinda corny.

Seems the #ReleaseTheSnydercut movement is waxing strong.

It's been talked up and confirmed by people who worked on Josstice League, even Jason Momoa confirming it exists and he's seen it.

News is a Snyder Cut release is imminent, rumored to probably release on HBO Max.
