What the heck!! I said that the FEMALE teacher went to jail not the student. The 16 year old was a dude.

In Southern Nigeria,the age of consent is 16 so there is no way he is going to jail. If it was in the North,the age of consent is 13 so legally,you are free to have sex with a 13 year old girl(that is effectively JS3 girls)

A teacher who has a relationship with a student in primary, middle, high school, will lose their, their respected name, their respect from others, will go to jail, a will have to file themselves as sex offender for the rest of their lives. but in college, if a student has a relationship with their teacher, it is viewed as unprofessional and will probably lose their job. Not because it is illegal just because it is unprofessional.
